After I first became licensed in 1999, I joined a real estate team and worked as an Assistant/
Transaction Coordinator for my first 10 years. I then moved on to doing my own real estate business for the last 3 years. Working as both a support person and on the "front end" gave me the experience to understand that my skills are better suited in managing all the fine details involved in a real estate transaction, rather than being in a sales position. I find it both satisfying and challenging in making sure every task gets completed to ensure a smooth transaction.
